Ingredients

  • 1 ½ C of pine nuts
  • ⅓ C +2 Tbsp of olive oil (add a little more if you like a smoother sauce)
  • 2 Cloves minced garlic
  • ¼ tsp of salt
  • ¼ tsp of pepper
  • 1 ½ C of basil leaves- stems removed

Directions

  1. Place pine nuts in a food processor and puree until they become much smaller chunks, similar to a meal
  2. Add remaining ingredients and puree until desired consistency is reached
