Ingredients

  • 1 C grass-fed whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp finely shredded cucumbers, drained (about ½ a cucumber)
  • 3 Tbsp fresh dill
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice (about ½ lemon)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Shred the cucumber, then wrap it into a paper towel and squeeze to drain
  2. Add cucumber and all remaining ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir until well combined
