Ingredients

For the Dressing:

  • 1 C Cilantro
  • ¼ C Olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1/2 Lime, juiced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ tsp Cumin
  • ¼ tsp Salt

For the Kabobs:

  • 1 lb chicken tenders, diced into cubes
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into thick slices
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into thick slices
  • 1/2 red onion, cut into thick slices

Directions

  1. Place the ingredients for the dressing in a food processor and blend until a smooth sauce forms
  2. Layer the kabobs, alternating between chicken, peppers, and onions leaving a little bit of space between each for even cooking
  3. Drizzle the cilantro lime sauce evenly on top of the skewers
  4. Grill on medium heat, flipping when browned on each side
