Ingredients

  • 1/3 C almond flour
  • 1/3 C tapioca flour
  • 1/3 C coconut flour
  • ½ C milk
  • ¼ C coconut sugar
  • 3 eggs, whisked
  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ C chopped walnuts

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. In a large bowl mix together dry ingredients (flours, coconut sugar, sea salt, baking soda).
  3. In a small bowl mix together milk, eggs and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until batter forms.
  5. Fold in the walnuts.
  6. Pour into lined muffin tins and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove and serve with a dab of grass fed butter or ghee!
