Ingredients

  • 1 1 lb thin sliced chicken breasts
  • 1 egg whisked
  • ½ C almond meal
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400° and line a small  baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  2. Mix the almond meal and spices together in a small bowl.
  3. Whisk egg in a separate bowl.
  4. Slice the raw chicken breasts into small bite sized pieces.
  5. Dip the chicken into the egg and then coat with spice mixture, placing on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake the bites for 10 minutes, flip and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  7. Remove and serve alongside marinara or other sauce for dipping!
