Ingredients:

  • 6 oz shredded or diced chicken (I used Wild Planet’s canned chicken)
  • 1 stalk celery diced small (about ¼ C)
  • ¼- ½ C mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp golden raisins
  • 2 Tbsp chutney
  • ½ tsp curry powder

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix until well combined
  2. Serve over a bed of spinach or in sandwich!
