This 128-acre preserve is located off the shores of Lake Conroe. Our two boat docks and boat ramp give perfect access to the 22,000-acre lake that is a favorite for fishing, water sports and relaxing. Sport courts, a recreation hall, swimming pool and putt-putt are just a few of the many attractions. One of our 300 sites is perfect for your tent, pop-up, motorhome or fifth wheel. Some of the local attractions include Splash Town, Astroworld, historical towns and an outlet mall.

Campsites: 266 full hookups, 10 power and water only, 29 extended lease sites.

Rentals: 10 trailers, 4 TT cabins, 6 Getaway cabins.

From Houston: Take I-45 north, continue north for three miles past Conroe to FM 830 exit 92 (Seven Coves Road). Turn left at stop sign. Drive two miles on FM 830 to Old Montgomery Road. Turn left and stay to the right side of the fork. Watch for the signs.

From Dallas/Huntsville: Drive south on I-45 to FM 830 exit 92. Turn right at the stop sign. Drive two miles on FM 830 to Old Montgomery Road. Turn left and stay to the right of the fork. Watch for the signs.
