Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce
  • ½ cucumber, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp tzatziki sauce
  • 4 gluten free burger buns

Directions

  1. Mold the ground lamb into 4 oz patties
  2. Cook the patties on the grill or stovetop on medium/low heat
  3. While the patties are cook prepare tzatziki sauce and slice vegetables
  4. Stack the patty on bottom bun, then add the lettuce, tomato, and cucumber and top with tzatziki sauce.
  5. Place top bun on the burger and enjoy! This would taste great with sweet potato fries!
